The Romanian companies are invited to the Situational Leadership®: Building Leaders Certification Workshop.
The workshop is organized by The Center for Leadership Studies, USA, and Edurom, Romania, for the companies who want a proven tool to be used in their leadership development plans.

The Situational Leadership®: Building Leaders certification workshop is designed for trainers from various organizations, with focus on facilitation and content mastery. Attendees take a deep-dive into course content and are provided with opportunities to learn from their peers, as well as the course trainer.
In Romania, the certification workshop will take place in Bucharest, on November, 22nd, 25th and 26th, 2019.
The facilitator of the Situational Leadership®: Building Leaders certification in Bucharest is Chris McLean, USA Situational Leadership® Certified Master Trainer. Chris McLean used 20+ years in corporate experience to teach and direct in classroom and has done work with great companies such as Toyota, Bank of America, Coke, Motorola, Syncrude, Shell, Education Corporation of America, the EPA and many more. Know better his experience through his official LinkedIn profile. Furthermore, he worked directly with Dr. Paul Hersey, the founder of the Situational Leadership® methodology, for more than 15 years.
The format of the certification is:
· Day 1, 22nd of November 2019: Trainers experience the one-day Situational Leadership®: Building Leaders program as participants
· Day 2, 25th of November 2019: Trainers are led through the Leader’s Guide and learn to effectively and accurately deliver the course content
· Day 3, 26th of November 2019: Trainers perform teach-back segments of the program and receive feedback from our Certified Master Trainer, Chris McLean
