Process Communication Model® (PCM) helps everyone to communicate effectively and increases team understanding.
PCM teaches individuals to better understand themselves, identify negative stress indicators, and how to motivate themselves and others. Through constructive communication strategies, people and teams can learn how to manage their own behaviors in order to deliver positive and productive communication.
The Process Communication Model has more than 40 years of research and refinement. It originated from a clinical model developed by Dr. Taibi Kahler, world renowned and internationally recognized clinical psychologist whose work is focused on the “how” of communication between people. He was recognized with one of the most prestigious Scientific Award for its discovery.
