Lead and grow a team of Java developers by implementing processes, communicating and enforcing Java standards and quality across the teams. Lead by example and inspire the best work from each of your team members.

What will you do:

• Implementation, coordination and management of the following:
  • Coding standards;
  • Specifications;
  • Project scoping/ estimates;
  • Risk management;
  • Technical deployments;
  • Technical standards and processes.
• Lead and motivate a team of highly competent Java developers – ensuring reviews, training, feedback, etc. across the team.

The minimum requirements are:

• 5 years in a Java development role;
• Hands-on Spring/Hibernate experience;
• Good knowledge of software development best practices;
• Experience of scoping large technical projects with a high level of accuracy.
