What you are responsible for (based on your level of experience):
- You enable the agile transformation in one of Digital Technology initiatives by improving the agile way of working and mindset to boost customer value delivery.
- You support the agile transformation with the implementation and improvement of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and BizDevOps methodologies to improve agile product delivery.
- You are guiding teams and the organization on how to use (scaled) Agile/Scrum practices and values and on how to become self-organized in order to delight customers.
- You facilitate the (scaled) Scrum events, and support the product owner and agile release train engineer.
- You assess the Agile Maturity of the team and conduct trainings across all agile topics to lead teams and individuals towards the organization-wide adoption of agile ways of working.
- You are welcome to engage in building our Expert Services practice by engaging in various capability-building activities.
What you are good at:
- You have multiple years of experience working in transformation programs as a Scrum Master (or Agile Coach).
- You are Agile certified (e.g. Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Product Owner), and demonstrate a deep knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- You have strong problem-solving and communication skills and adapt quickly to changing environments.
- You have experience with various well-documented patterns and techniques for example: User Stories, numerous Burndown technologies, various Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc..
- You have a university degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- You are fluent in English. German language skills are beneficial, but not mandatory.
