We are looking for talented software engineers to join our client`s Europe-based team and help develop a complex platform that connects job seekers with potential employers. We are exclusively supporting them in building their first technology hub in Romania.

In this role, you will work with cutting-edge technologies like Ruby on Rails, React, TypeScript, GCP, Kubernetes, ElasticSearch, Redis, and Postgres, collaborating with software engineers with previous experience in companies such as Amazon, Palantir, Google, and LinkedIn. You will also work on a mission-driven project that aims to impact people’s careers and tackle challenges related to scalability, resilience, and the development of new functionalities and proof of concepts.

What will you do?

• Design and implement new functionalities and proof of concepts
• Ensure scalability and resilience of the platform
• Collaborate with the team to develop solutions that meet business needs
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Contribute to the overall success of the project

What do we expect from you?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails and exposure to front-end technologies such as React & TypeScript
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
