EDUROM Recruitment is looking for a Patching & Software Distribution Specialist who will have the chance to grow their technical and soft skills within a team of professionals. Role Overview: as a Patching & Software Distribution Specialist, you will play a key role in managing the desktop environment for optimal performance. This individual work contract-based position offers a unique chance for professional growth within a team of seasoned experts.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and implement end-to-end patching and software distribution processes;

• Manage the SCCM 2012 infrastructure for efficient distribution of patches and software in large-scale environments;

• Develop and implement custom PowerShell scripts for inventory collection;

• Test and release applications and patches using SCCM, ensuring compliance with SLAs;

• Resolve complex technical issues related to software distribution and patch management;

• Adhere to SLAs, generate custom reports using SQL queries;

• Handle incident, change, and release management processes;

• Troubleshoot issues related to SCCM infrastructure and ITIL processes.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Desktop Engineering;

• Expertise in SCCM 2012, Software Distribution, and Patch Management;

• Proficient in OSD, PowerShell scripting, and complex issue resolution;

• Experience in automation for patch remediation, Active Directory, and group policies;

• Optional: Team lead experience and SCCM 2012 Certification.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Intune Auto Pilot, App protection, and integration with Office365;

• Proficiency in Intune Implementation and Configuration of Intune Components;

• Integration experience with AD, Exchange, O365, and SharePoint;

• Network experience and expertise in LOB, Store application configuration, and deployment (Windows, iOS, Android);

• Familiarity with MAM Policy creation, assignment, Provisioning, Domain Management;

• RBAC assignments for Intune roles, Android for Work – setup device management;

• Device settings for Azure AD join (Windows 10) and MDM auto-enrollment configurations (Windows 10).
