What will you do:

• Application support: creates and maintains support procedures and documentation, manages enhancements for better business performance, and advises on security and maintenance needs;
• Security administration: investigates security breaches following established procedures and resolves security administration issues;
• Problem management: anticipates, investigates, and resolves problems in systems, and coordinates the implementation of preventive actions and solutions;
• Incident management: handles the incidents according to agreed procedures, and investigates escalated incidents to responsible service owners.

The requirements for the role are:

• Technical background studies in Computer Science or any related field;
• Software Development Lifecycle;
• Application Lifecycle Management and Architecture;
• Technical knowledge (Java, Comunda);
• DevOps tools (TeamCity, Jenkins).
