We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer with an entrepreneurial spirit ready to lead our client’s technical team and drive the product development strategy forward.
As a Chief Technology Officer, you will:

Lead and mentor a high-performing technical team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation;

Develop and execute a technology strategy aligned with business goals, driving the evolution of the product;

Oversee design, development, and deployment of high-quality software solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security;

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the IT team, prioritising projects based on business needs and supporting team members through feedback and support.
The skills and requirements for the role are:

Management skills with a consistent history of mentoring and coaching team members;

Over 5 years of experience in .NET web development (including .NET Core and .NET Framework);

Knowledge of Angular and relational databases, particularly MySQL;
-
Microservices architecture.
The working setup is hybrid, with the option for either employment through an employment contract (CIM) or a B2B arrangement.
