Responsibilities:
Operate, maintain, and improve group‑wide HSE SaaS applications across dev, test, and production.
Ensure system availability, performance, security, and compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
Manage the full application lifecycle: configuration, monitoring, patching, upgrades, and retirement.
Serve as technical liaison between HSE stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors, translating business needs into solutions.
Support integrations with group IT platforms (IAM, Azure DevOps) and contribute to DevOps/CI‑CD automation.
Handle incident, problem, and change management, including root cause analysis and service improvements.
Maintain documentation, support audits/compliance, and identify optimization opportunities for cost, performance, and usability.
Requirements:
Degree in computer science, business informatics, engineering, or similar, plus relevant experience.
Proven background in application management, IT operations, or DevOps in corporate environments.
Hands‑on experience with SaaS/cloud applications, including configuration, operations, and vendor coordination.
Strong grasp of application lifecycle processes: deployment, monitoring, incidents, changes, and releases.
Experience with agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, DevOps) and exposure to automation/CI‑CD.
Solid knowledge of integrations, infrastructure, APIs, identity management, and basic programming; low‑code is a plus.
Strong stakeholder and communication skills, with understanding of security, compliance, and regulated environments; fluent in German and English.
