What will you do:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers, overseeing multiple engineering projects.
• Hands on development of AI related tasks, like: doing the planning, writing the code, doing the code review, deploying, etc.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.

The requirements for the role are:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven experience in leading engineering teams.
• Strong technical background with expertise in Python, Java, or C++, and proficiency with popular machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
