3. EQ-i 2.0® Certification Program

September & October sessions | Virtual Open Certification

There is a relationship between emotional intelligence and job performance. If you want, you can check here one of the studies that showcase this relationship, from the Journal of Organizational Behavior.

The EQ-i 2.0® Model measures Emotional Intelligence, which is a set of emotional and social skills that influence the way we perceive and express ourselves, develop and maintain social relationships, cope with challenges, and use emotional information in an effective and meaningful way. Participate and get your EQ-i 2.0® Certification. Through it, you will be able to:

  • define Emotional Intelligence (EI) and its importance;
  • describe best practices around administering and providing feedback on the EQ 360, and 360 tools in general;
  • follow a structured approach to preparing for a feedback session;
  • explain the benefits of EI to your internal client groups;
  • assess which report type is appropriate for your client.
