Most of today’s cyberattacks feature advanced tactics such as lateral movement and island hopping that target legitimate tools to inflict damage. These sophisticated hacking methods pose a tremendous risk to targets with decentralized systems protecting high-value assets, including money, intellectual property, and state secrets.
What will you do:
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases;
- Design and implement automated tests using Python;
- Help improve test stability as well as the performance of existing tests;
- Analyze bug reports and highlight problems to help identify fixes for them;
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements;
- Participate in Agile Scrum process, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
The requirements for the role are:
- 5+ years of experience in a SDET role or another similar role;
- Python programming skills;
- OS internals (Linux or Windows or MacOS);
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming;
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes;
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools;
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject;
- Very good English skills, both verbal and written.
