Our client, the fitout leader and largest integrator of interior design solutions in Romania, is a fast-growing company. We are looking for a Senior Sales Consultant (B2B) to join the client’s consultative sales team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Increase business growth by building a network of partners (office, healthcare, education, and hospitality design & build) and including new clients in the portfolio you maintain.
  • Know the latest market trends, innovations, and tactics.
  • Listen and comprehend the requirements of both corporate and non-corporate clients in order to be able propose a custom innovative workplace design with the assistance of other internal teams (Design, Construction, Logistics, Sales Support, and others).
  • Set specific goals and requirements by analysing the needs of the clients through business needs interviews with key stakeholders, senior/executive level.
  • Examine buildings and locations to see if they are compatible with the demands and suggested workplace concept.
  • Analyse a budget to give the client confidence in its overall cost.
  • Maintain communication between the sales department and other divisions, including Design, Construction Logistics, Maintenance, Sales support, and others.

 

Essential skills, experiences:

  • a track record of success in consultative sales to corporate and non-corporate entities;
  • a drive to succeed in a B2B entrepreneurial environment; a complex portfolio of products and services;
  • focused on creating and promoting complex projects;
  • effective project management and departmental communication skills;
  • excellent English language, Power Point, and communication abilities;
  • University degree;
  • Driving license.
