We are actively seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our client’s team and play an important role in coordinating and overseeing our clients’ operations.

Our client, a medical services provider (eg. psychiatry, physiotherapy), operates two specialized mental health centers in Romania, delivering an extensive spectrum of consultation services. With a commitment to excellence, they are strategically planning to expand their operations and further advance their business.

Location: Iași (with an availability to travel across Romania)

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversees operational systems, processes, and infrastructure while looking for opportunities of improvement or revision;

  • Establish an atmosphere prioritising the well-being of both the patients and the clients, meticulously elevating the overall experience for clients and patients alike;

  • Implements new processes and procedures, and systematically assess their effectiveness;

  • Ensures all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way;
  • Plays a significant role in long-term planning, project status reporting, and implementing change control processes;

  • Works closely with the management team to ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance functions within the firm are being properly executed in accordance with regulatory-based best practices;

  • Manages a team of 4 coordinators from different departments, approximately 50 employees in total.

Essential skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree;

  • Proven work experience in operations and/ or business administration and/ or business development and/ or project management;

  • Previous experience in coordinating teams, delegating tasks and evaluating their performance;

  • Familiarity with performance management and a proven track record in successfully implementing them;

  • Excellent interpersonal communication and organising skills to coordinate project activities;

  • Proficiency in English is desirable;

  • Driver’s licence.
