Develop Your First Training Program

Train the Trainer by EDUROM is an applied program in which the participants will develop together their first training program. During the 3 days of workshop they will learn step by step how to adapt their topic depending on audience, logistic set up and duration.

After each of the new learned techniques the participants will apply it in their own training program, in order to practically understand the mechanics of trainings.

At the end of the Train the Trainer, the participants will have to deliver parts of trainings selected with the EDUROM Master Trainer and will receive actionable feedback for development.
