— Solve Miscommunication & Motivate Others with the Process Communication Model®
Avoid the Myths and Resolve Conflict
When our Perceptions are compatible with others there is an easy ‘match’ and stress is minimized. However, some people have personality characteristics that are very different from ours. In these cases, there is no easy ‘match’ and stress increases as we interact.
Unless we are able to shift our energies to match the person we are communicating with, we or they may experience sufficient stress so that one or both of us moves into a pattern of miscommunication.
This is a 3-session online PCM Course – 50% theory and 50% exercises, which deep dives into how to effectively return to engaging communication & motivate others.
