The EQ-i 2.0® Model measures Emotional Intelligence, as the set of emotional and social skills that influence the way we perceive and express ourselves, develop and maintain social relationships, cope with challenges, and use emotional information in an effective and meaningful way.

The EQ-i 2.0® is a well-established, scientifically validated assessment tool that measures emotional intelligence across five key areas and 15 subcategories.

The Emotional Intelligence (EQ-i 2.0®) Practitioner Certification is an intensive 12 hours online instructor-led program designed to certify you in the use of the EQ-i 2.0® assessments. The certification is internationally recognized by the International Coach’s Federation and the American Psychological Association, being a Level B Psychometric instrument.

EQ-i 2.0 Workplace Report

Focuses on the impact of emotional intelligence at work and offers suggestions for working with colleagues, supervisors, and clients in a variety of coaching, development and work settings. For recruiting, this report is useful when using scores to guide the selection of follow-up interview questions, and for identifying potential training and development needs.

EQ-i 2.0 Leadership Report

Examines EQ-i 2.0 results through four key dimensions of leadership: authenticity, coaching, insight, and innovation. As an option, compare client results against those of top leaders, creating a coaching benchmark for exceptional EI performance. The leadership report also contains insights on the leadership and organizational implications of client results, as well as strategies for development aimed to help clients reach their true leadership potential.

EQ-i 2.0 Group Report
Combines the scores of individuals in a manner that will allow for interpretations to be made at the group or team level.
