Project: The IoT platform has been implemented based on one cloud service provider. The next targets are to extend the concept to be fully deployable on various clouds and to extend the platform offerings. Additionally, ensure continuous development and improvement of new components based on product requirements and cutting-edge technologies.

Your tasks:

• Take on a key role at in-house IoT platform development.

• Coding in Go, Java and build APIs using gRPC and REST.

• Build Software as a Service (SaaS) based on microservices architecture.

• Working in a very technical team that uses the newest tech: Kubernetes, Bazel Build, Kafka, gRPC, Bigtable or Hbase.

Your profile:

• What your teammates should ideally say about you: dependable, open to feedback, enthusiastic, strong will to learn and to deliver.

• Backend development skills (Golang/Java).

• Solid understanding of relational databases.

• Experience with Kubernetes and Kafka.

• Some experience with Azure as well as Continuous Deployment tech: GitlabCI/Jenkins/other CI.

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform is a plus.
